The Tiny Music Academy
Copyright & takedown
How to report a rights concern about text, branding or media.
Site material
Original text, layout and newly commissioned or generated assets are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. The legacy logo is preserved from the academy’s existing public website as a brand-continuity asset; preservation does not expand underlying rights.
Submit a request
Email server@thetinymusicacademy.com with your name, contact method, exact page and asset URL, description of the affected work, the basis of your claim and the requested action. Do not send identity documents unless a secure follow-up specifically requires them.
Review process
The available provenance will be checked. Credible concerns may lead to temporary restriction while evidence is reviewed, followed by removal, replacement, attribution or retention as appropriate.
Good faith
Formal statutory notice language is not asserted without confirmed operator jurisdiction. Requests should be accurate and should not be used to suppress legitimate factual or critical material.
Information needed for a useful review
A request should distinguish the underlying work from a screenshot, thumbnail, crop or transformed delivery file. Identify whether you are the creator, rights holder or authorized representative, and explain the relevant territory or agreement when that affects the claim. Incomplete requests may require clarification.
Counter-evidence and restoration
If material is restricted while a concern is reviewed, available licences, authorship records, archive context and good-faith explanations may also be considered. Removal is not automatic evidence that a claim was legally established, and restoration is not a declaration that no right exists.
Repeat misuse
Knowingly false, abusive or automated requests may be limited to protect the correction channel, while genuine safety and rights concerns remain reviewable.
