Corrections and policies
server@thetinymusicacademy.comInclude the exact page URL, issue and checkable evidence. Do not send passwords, identity documents or payment-card details.
Address
The academy currently publishes 1A Thomson Ridge, Singapore 574633. Opening hours are not asserted because a current reliable schedule was not available during the rebuild.
What to include in a lesson enquiry
Share the learner’s age, instrument, prior experience, learning goal and preferred schedule. Ask for a dated quote and the name of the teacher assigned to the regular slot.
Response expectations
No fixed response time is promised. Urgent schedule changes should use the academy’s current phone or WhatsApp route rather than relying on website-policy email.
Corrections and evidence
For a factual correction, identify the statement, provide the preferred wording and link to a primary or otherwise checkable source. For a staff update, include the exact role and effective date. For an accessibility issue, explain the device, browser, page and action that failed. Website-policy email is not a replacement for the academy’s current urgent lesson channel.
Safety
Verify the recipient and written terms before sending a deposit. The website does not request payment-card details, one-time passwords or account credentials by email.
